Our latest luxury display home THE PADDINGTON is a sleek and elegant design, with a combination of textures and finishes, and a dynamic contrast of colours.
This innovative design is a three-level, modern luxury home, with a contemporary kitchen and bathrooms, a lift, 4 large bedrooms and a Study. The second floor is cleverly designed with the main living areas, plus a Study and Ensuite that can double as a bedroom, so the top floor can function independantly. The first floor houses a kitchenette in the Library/Study, giving this floor plenty of options too. There are alfresco areas at the front and back, and large balconies, perfect for taking in the Cottesloe beach view.

We wanted the two homes to be in a completely different style to the other, so for the Paddington we went with a sleek and modern look. We used a black and white colour palette, with lots of different textures for contrast. The lighting in the Living room has a striking effect, adding to the elegant, luxury finish.”
