This custom designed, meticulously built home showcases some of our finest craftsmanship.

A unique, 2-level floorplan, across a long retangular block, was custom designed to the owner’s detailed and specific brief. Natural light, water upon entry, and high-end, luxury finishes formed part of the brief. Our design team embraced these with large panels of glazing overlooking a koi fish pond and decked bridge surrounding the house, skylights, and a steel spine floating timber staircase.

The exterior and interior architecture are Japanese inspired, with bespoke luxury finishes throughout, including a feature polished plaster exterior wall, with koi fish artwork imprint over. The kitchen is a showstopper, with feature timber lined ceiling, striking tiles, track lighting, and black stone benchtops. A freestanding Wolf oven and rangehood, with additional Wolf, Liebherr, and Miele appliances, compliment the high-end finishes.

No detail has been overlooked in the completion and styling of this home, creating a resolved architectural look, inside and out.
