On the top floor of the four-bedroom property, full-height windows ensure the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area are flooded with natural light. To the south-west side of the top-floor living/dining area, glass stack-back doors open all the way, bringing the ocean views in.
As the clients enjoy living and entertaining outdoors, we custom-designed an alfresco area that maximises ocean views yet is protected from the wind and sun.
