Dalkeith

Custom designed and built in Dalkeith, the design brief was for a classic, traditional elevation with a Hamptons aesthetic. This was achieved with a wide, wraparound balcony, large gables, bay windows, and dove-grey weatherboard cladding contrasting with crisp white windows, timber posts and timber balustrade.

The Hamptons aesthetic is continued throughout the interior architecture of the home, incorporating timber balustrading, wainscoating, window seats and daybeds, and classic jarrah floorboards and staircase treads. The large kitchen island features lacquered cabinetry and marble-look worktop, against white shaker-cabinets and appliances.

The double-sided fireplace is a feature in both the Living room and enclose alfresco, clad in rustic tumbled limestone.
