Our latest City Beach project is a modern, two-storey residence with every detail custom designed and built entirely bespoke for the owners, from concept to completion.

The home is generously spaced and well-zoned over 2-levels, with the clever use of voids throughout enhancing the feeling of openness, light and space. The alfresco features a double height roof with timber lining, opening out to a lawn and large pool area – the ideal convergence of indoor-outdoor living.

The interior aesthetic is refined and modern, with large format tiling, blackbutt timber flooring, marble-look cladding, and a striking contemporary pendant in the large feature void. The exterior features a blend of timber and tumbled stone, softening the modern tones and offering a warm welcome.
