Claremont

A custom built extension and luxury renovation of a heritage listed Claremont house, designed to provide a new family home for our clients, while preserving the heritage facade and traditional streetscape.

We liaised closely with council on the design and build of this luxury home, working within the heritage controls was critical to the project. The interior architecture has a heritage luxury aesthetic, with arched openings, feature mouldings, coffered ceilings and crisp white walls, contrast with black steel doors and fixings, a farmhouse style oversize black kitchen island with marble look top, and herringbone laid oak timber flooring.
