The Cove luxury display home has won KITCHEN OF THE YEAR at the 2019 HIA WA Laminex Kitchen and Bathroom Awards! We are now a finalist in the Australian Housing Awards for Kitchen of the Year and Kitchen Design, an award we won for our Skypoint display home two years ago.

The Cove has a striking, contemporary elevation and a clever reverse-living floorplan, with the kitchen on the upper floor, where it can take in the impressive Minim Cove views. 

Our Interior Architect, Nadia Clark, says “we wanted to create a relaxed, multi-purpose space for the whole family. A mix of walnut veneer, concrete-look benchtops and Elias Silver natural stone was offset with black accents and matt white cabinetry, to create a striking mid-century aesthetic. Integrated fittings and appliances including a concealed walk-in pantry provide a chef-style kitchen, with the opportunity to gather and entertain around the island.”
