THE CLAYTON’S

Episode 1
Location: Floreat

With four young boys, the Claytons wanted a big family home that would suit them for years to come. Our designers worked closely with the Claytons to create this custom designed, six bedroom, three bathroom, family friendly double storey home in Floreat.

There is a separate lounge for the boys, a music room that doubles as a parents’ retreat, a sheltered alfresco overlooking the pool, and a homework room off the kitchen. The Claytons say their new home suits them to a tee and love the functionality of the floorplan, providing them separate areas for kids and parents!

THE GOODERSON’S

Episode 2
Location: East Fremantle

With a premium ocean panorama on offer, this luxury family home in East Fremantle was designed “upside down” with the kitchen, master suite and living area on the first floor, and a designated wing for the three Gooderson teenagers on the ground floor.

It’s a contemporary, custom designed home for the long term, accommodating the family through the school years, to uni and beyond. Since moving in, the Goodersons have loved entertaining friends and family in their stunning alfresco area, while the kids’ have enjoyed their own space downstairs to the
same with their friends.

THE DAVIES’

Home in WA
Kensington

The Davies’ looked to Riverstone to turn their architect designed, dream home plan into bricks, mortar, and so much more. They loved the Riverstone Process, especially working on selection and finishes with our Interior Architect Nadia.

The end result is a stunning 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, timelessly elegant house that is finished to a high specification. Bay and windows and window seats, custom-designed built-in cabinetry, a seperate guest suite, stunning pool and alfresco area are some of the many standout features.
