Seamless indoor-outdoor living designed for life in the West is expertly reflected in our latest display home in Mullaloo.

The stunning contemporary home is the perfect example of coastal luxury – custom built with a functional upside-down layout to capitalise on the beachside location and ocean views. Bold, flat lines and a skillion roof present a striking modern façade, softened by feature stone, weatherboard cladding and cedar-lined ceilings in the outdoor areas.

Natural materials are also used inside the 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home to give the unmistakable warmth of a Riverstone home. The reverse-living configuration is ideal for families; the minor bedrooms, gym and sitting room found on the ground floor, while the master and guest suites are upstairs along with the open kitchen, living and dining space.

Both upper and lower living areas open onto the outdoor areas at the front of the home via glazed stacker doors; downstairs has an incredible outdoor kitchen in the alfresco - complete with Quantum Quartz benchtops, built-in barbeque and cedar panels enclosing the rangehood – leading to the terrace and pool, which has a feature polished plaster wall. An external staircase links to the upstairs balcony, creating an effortless flow between both outdoor entertaining areas.

Coastal interior styling

The open, airy living, dining and kitchen space shares the same spectacular ocean views of the balcony, complemented by cool tones, plenty of glazing and French oak timber flooring. The vast kitchen has feature timber panelling, butler’s pantry, Miele appliances and a central island Caesarstone bench that merges with an informal breakfast bar finished in oak. The living room has beautiful built-in cabinetry and a recessed fireplace, making it the perfect place to kick back and relax.

The master suite has also been finished to perfection, with built-in timber and stone bedhead and bedside tables, a balcony and dressing room. The ensuite has a walk-in shower, stand-alone bath and feature polished plaster, giving it a modern concrete look.

The guest suite with walk-in robe and ensuite has a similar luxurious feel, and a study and laundry complete this level. Downstairs, the three minor bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and share the main bathroom. A powder room is easily accessed from the pool and alfresco area and the sitting room is a great space for unwinding.

This exceptional home is one-of-a-kind, cleverly designed to fit into a steep sloping block so that even the outdoor areas at the rear of the home are on solid ground. Tailored for our clients who have a love for living and entertaining outdoors, for a short time you have the chance to see this incredible home for yourself. The Mullaloo is now open for display.
