Custom built, luxury homes are peppered throughout the western suburbs and this Claremont residence by Riverstone fits right in. Incorporating all of the modern conveniences of a new luxury home, yet drawing inspiration for eras gone by, this custom design has a timeless elegance.

Classic elevation

The classic facade featured arched mouldings, a pitched roof line, traditional facebrick and wrought iron fencing. Inside, the romantic theme continues with a bespoke, curved staircase with wrought iron balustrading, and feature arches in doorways, giving the home an elegant feel.

The ground floor has a free-flowing living, dining and kitchen area, that extends through modern bi-fold doors to the outdoor alfresco and gardens. The kitchen has a big moudled archway over the entry, creating an architectural feature and also seperating the kitchen slightly from the rest of the space. The kitchen is a beautiful mix of soft tone and high-end materials, with shite cabinetry, a mosaic marble tiled splashback, and large caesarstone benchtops. The sink is under the kitchen window, looking out over the garden, leaving the island bench completely clear.

There is also a large study on the ground floor, while upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, including the master suite.

The master bedroom features an ensuite and huge dressing room, completely fitted out with custom cabinetry.

The home is designed to grow with the homeowners and includes a lift for easy access between the floors. The client's wanted an "empty nester" design floorplan, with a traditional, classic look, finished to a high specification. The home fits perfectly in the Claremont streetscape and our client's love the unique, individual touches that make the home their own.
